Freddy J. Nager, Founder: Freddy has over two decades of experience in marketing and media, including 17 online. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his MBA from the University of Southern California, and began his career at MCA Records/Universal Music Group, where he launched one of the Web’s first entertainment sites in 1995. After five years at MCA, Freddy joined ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi L.A. as Sr. Copywriter for all Toyota USA interactive media, winning awards and recognition from Adweek, Communication Arts, and the One Show, to name a few. Freddy then moved on to Magnet Interactive, where he served as Sr. Content Director on the Nissan and Infiniti websites, and directed campaigns to land the National Lampoon and Quiksilver accounts. Freddy has also consulted on projects for the Grammy Brand, Nestle, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, the NFL on Fox, and numerous startups. In addition to running Atomic Tango, Freddy teaches integrated marketing, social media, and entrepreneurship through UCLA Extension and the Robert Kennedy College of Switzerland MBA program. Pat Palleschi, PhD, The Executive Agency, Executive Coaching & Representation: Pat has devoted the past 25 years to creating HR strategies that help organizations and individuals succeed. As VP of Human Resources Development at Disneyland, she helmed the Disney University. Before Disney, Pat served as Senior VP of Training for Bank of America. She earned her doctorate at the University of Massachusetts and chaired the Speech Communication Department at Loyola Marymount University.
